Returns & Exchanges

Because our jewelry is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there is a defect or damage.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Personalized items

  • Incorrect personalization details provided at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
